We will provide you with a clear asset register as well as a triaged report to understand the level of risk your building is exposed to. We will work with you to help you budget for any large remedials and in the short term get your system working if possible.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Absolutely, many of our customers request 2, 5 or 10 year contracts providing them with continuity of service and the ability to plan their budgets. However we are also more than happy to maintain buildings on an as required basis.
What if I don’t want to be tied down?
That’s absolutely fine and you will get no pressure from us to change your mind.
What insurance do you have?
Our public & products liability is £10M & employers liability is £10M. This provides a further reassurance to our existing & new customers that you are putting your trust into a truly competent company, would you really trust a company with anything less?
